Step 2: Individual Insights

Most teams are assembled on the basis of their skill sets; what motivates the individuals in the team is often not considered. 

Indeed, conflicts between individuals are often attributed to ‘personality’ clashes. However, these clashes may well be and often are motivational in origin.  We use Motivational Maps® to help team members increase awareness of their own and their team members’ behavior, and understand what is driving team performance. Most importantly we explore why people behave as they do.

This step enables us to determine whether the energies of the team are harmonised with your team mission and whether there are internal conflicts that need addressing

Your Outcome

We will assess and evaluate the motivational drivers of your entire team.  1-1 Feedback sessions are conducted with every member of your team (by telephone) to discuss the results of their individual map results and assess areas of concern.
