Leading a Thriving Team in Challenging Times

Join me, Karen Fleming, for an introduction to Resilience at Work on Thursday 3rd December 2pm - 3.30pm.

Now, more than ever, resilience matters.   With ever increasing demands placed upon resources, employees are being asked to do more with less.    The future for many remains uncertain. Yet, we still need to remain productive and meet stakeholder expectations. And to do that, we need resilience.

Resilience is the ability to remain resourceful and keep a sense of perspective. It’s about managing every day stressors and rising from the inevitable setbacks with new insights and a readiness to proactively deal with future challenges.

- allows individuals and teams to thrive in challenging jobs.
- is about strengthening future performance rather than merely coping better.
- is an essential ingredient of sustainable high performance.

This training event will give you an overview of what resilience at work really means and how you can support individuals and teams to not just survive, but thrive in these challenging times.
By the end of this training session, you will:
•    Have clarity on the multiple facets of resilience, and the tools and interventions available to develop this state
